Welcome! We decided to launch this project following the Supreme Court’s recent decision to overrule Roe v. Wade. The purpose? Provide visibility and transparency into how companies are responding to the ruling, resources for employees and leadership, and encourage businesses to take a stance. There are few sites that have compiled similar lists, but we wanted to provide a living document you can contribute to! We recognize that all women are affected by this decision; however, It will disproportionately impact women of color, especially in southern states where abortions are least accessible. While this project does not directly support these women, we hope that it’s a step in the right direction and encourages employers to take action immediately and stand up for abortion access.
